Well, to be fair, it might be considered MidWest. I don't think they're going by region-of-influence here; more like geographical region. So the West would be the West top-to-bottom; the Midwest would be the Midwest top-to-bottom; the East would be the East top-to-bottom.

I'm assuming Louisiana would be considered the southern portion of the Midwest, even though it's considered part of the "southern region-of-influence".
